Visas for Estonian nationals

From 8 July 2019 a new procedure of issuing tourist visas for Estonian nationals is introduced on the basis of the principle of reciprocity. All Estonian nationals starting from that date can obtain multiple entry tourist visas for up to 6 mounts term along with single and double entry tourist visas for up to 30 days term. The grounds for issuing visas and the requirements for the documents provided remains the same. Estonian nationals with a multiple tourist visa will be able to remain in the Russian Federation in total or continuously for up to 90 days during any period of 180 days.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No.347 dated 18 July 2019, starting from 1 October 2019 nationals of 53 foreign states shall have the right to obtain single entry business, humanitarian and tourist visas for visiting Saint-Petersburg and the Leningrad Region in the form of an electronic document (e-visa) on the special website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (http://electronic-visa.kdmid.ru/).
